If you find a lower rate on another U.S. based website within 48 hours of booking your hotel reservation with Mexico Accommodations, we will credit or refund you the difference and give you a credit of $25 dollars towards your next Mexico Accommodations hotel booking.
Guaranteed best rate is subject to the following terms and conditions:
A. To make a “Guaranteed best rate” claim you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours after booking your reservation through our website mexicoaccommodations.com or exclusivelymexico.com. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us and verified by one of our customer service representatives.
B. The “Guaranteed best rate” is available only for exact itinerary matches. The hotel and room type, the same exact dates and times of travel must be as booked through mexicoaccommodations.com or exclusivelymexico.com. The “Guaranteed best rate” is not available for bookings on websites where the property itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.
C. The rates being compared must be available online to the general public and apply only to rates both advertised and available on a US-based website. The “Guaranteed best rate” does not apply to rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted and booked in US dollars.
D. All requests are subject to verification by Mexico Accommodations. Screenshots or other alleged evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Mexico Accommodations personnel will not be accepted. As well as any request that Mexico Accommodations believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Once a request is verified, a credit will be issued within 7-15 days in the amount of the difference in rates to the original credit card used for the booking. At the same time, an email/coupon will be sent in the amount of $25.00 that can be applied as credit towards your next Mexico Accommodations Booking. Coupons are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
E. Mexico Accommodations reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify or discontinue the Guaranteed best rate program in its sole discretion at any time and/or restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason.
